We are a certified reseller of Accounting and Point of Sale software solutions. Since 1992 we have helped businesses, stores and restaurants with their specialized computer software needs. We have worked with clients locally in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, across the nation and in Canada. We know how business works and understand the accounting behind the software. Our emphasis is on service to our clients.

Sales We are an authorized reseller for each of the products listed to the right. RKS sells new programs or upgrades for your current software. Any manufacturer’s sale prices are passed on to you. We can supply POS hardware — bar code scanners, touch screen monitors, credit card swipes, cash drawers & more. We also can supply imprinted checks, invoices and other forms that work with your software. Training and Support We provide technical support for the software listed to the right. We are certified in these programs and continually attend training seminars to keep up with current versions Since we started in 1992, we have also been certified in older versions of the software products and can help companies still using the older versions. We are available for evening and some weekend consultations by appointment. We provide help in a timely fashion — when you need it. RKS uses a network of nationwide consultants to help resolve problems and find solutions for your specialized needs. Support for software can be by phone. MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards are accepted. Our policy is to charge for the actual time spent in providing telephone consulting services. If you only need a half hour of support, we will charge for only a half hour. We work with you at your level of computer expertise.
